(f) Causing dissension among our Kuomintang Leaders.
The leaders of our Kuomintang such as comrade Tseung
Kai Shek and Wong Ching Wai have all been very active and
ready to make sacrifices. For instance, Comrade Tseung has
eliminated all the bad characters of Chan Kwing Ming in
Kwangtung, and has overthrown Wu (Pei Fu) Sun (Chun-fong)
and other cruel militarists in our recent attack on the North
in the interests of the Community. He has fought under
heavy fire, and on many occasions has been nearly killed.
He has been so ready to make sacrifices for us, yet the
Communists have made such a foul suggestion as that of an
alliance with Wong (Ching Wai) to overthrow Tseung (Kai Shek)
In reality they want to set up dissension among our leaders
and benefactors, and then to remove them one by one. How
evil-disposed they are!
(g) Expulsion of the loyal members of our Kuomintang.
Many of the members of our Kuomintang have really worked to promote your welfare. But the Communists have insisted on their expulsion. When they have overthrown all the loyal members who have worked in your interests, they will be able to monopolize you and make you their tools to oppose the Kuomintang. Are you willing to be monopolized and made use of as tools to oppose your Kuomintang?
(h) Utilization of local bandits and labour rowdies to
oppose the peasants and workmen.
You perhaps realise this better than we do. The Communists have allied with the local bandits saying that they are the only propertyless class and have incited them to attack and oppose you. In so doing they will secretly reap the benefit and make their fortunes. Is it not so? At the same time, they have played the same trick with the
workmen, uniting with the labour rowdies to confuse the
